01 Environmental Performance
The environmental performance here refers to the fact that formaldehyde-free soundproof ducts do not contain formaldehyde. The outer layer of the duct is made of galvanized steel plate, and the lining is made of formaldehyde-free environmentally friendly glass wool board, both of which do not contain formaldehyde.
Among them, the environmentally friendly glass wool board adjusts the formula and improves the production process based on traditional centrifugal glass wool, using formaldehyde-free silicone resin as a binder to combine, solidify, and shape the raw materials of glass wool. It completely eliminates toxic and harmful substances such as phenol, formaldehyde, and urea, ensuring fresh and pollution-free air, reducing environmental pollution, and providing ideal ecological and health benefits.
02 Noise Reduction Performance
The sound absorption and noise reduction performance of formaldehyde-free soundproof ducts mainly comes from the glass wool board lining inside the duct. After the board is formed, it creates many small holes. When sound encounters these small holes, it enters the internal structure of the duct through the holes and is well absorbed, thereby reducing noise in the ventilation system and minimizing sound wave rebound, providing people with a quiet and comfortable indoor space.
03 Fire and Mold Prevention
The role of formaldehyde-free soundproof ducts in fire resistance and thermal insulation is also significant. Our products have undergone fire resistance performance testing by professional institutions and are classified as A-level non-combustible fire materials, with fire resistance limits that can meet various time requirements.
In addition, the glass wool board on the inner wall of the duct not only does not corrode the duct during use but also adds a layer of white antibacterial mesh cloth, giving this duct product mold prevention and antibacterial properties.
